How To Make Gol Paani At Home | Easy Recipe For Jaggery Water Drink
Place jaggery cubes in a vessel and pour water over them until completely covered. Let this sit for around 5-6 hours until the jaggery has dissolved completely. You may add more water as required to dilute the sweetness level. Soak sabja (sweet basil) seeds in water before preparing the drink. Pour the jaggery water into a glass, and mix in the lime juice. Once the seeds have swelled, add them to the drink and stir. Refrigerate the drink for some time, garnish with mint leaves and serve cold.
