These components help ease mind by releasing oxidative stress, resulting in peaceful sleep. The study concluded that the cherry tart juice has “modest beneficial effects on sleep in older adults with insomnia.” Tart cherry juice also contains tryptophan and melatonin, which are known to enhance sleep.
